The Chief Health and Wellness Officer supervises regional clinical team members and indirectly personal care staff, coordinates personal care services provided to residents, and promotes resident wellbeing. The Chief Health and Wellness Officer monitors and intervenes to ensure communities are compliant with state regulations and Risk Management policies. This team member collaborates with Executive Management regarding strategic planning, clinical processes, risk management, and training in support of long-term objectives.
