The Business Quality Analyst supports objectives providing efficient/effective processes improving resident, team member, and organizational outcomes.  A successful Business Quality Analyst collects, analyzes, interprets, and reports data for process improvement and risk mitigation. The Business Quality Analyst will perform software and project management.


  • Complete quality audits in assigned communities.
  • Implement/coordinate programs to monitor and improve quality, regulatory compliance, and efficiency for the communities.
  • Assist with health information system implementation.
  • Report quality and regulatory compliance concerns to leadership.
  • Develop/maintain customized reports and data extracts from organizational databases.
  • Use software to generate metrics and develop recommendations through communication and presentation of data analytics.
  • Evaluate/maintain current software applications and design/develop new applications.
  • Perform moderately complex business analysis and project management.
  • Track and report on project status to senior leadership.
  • Oversee documentation management (development/revision) of assigned processes: workflows, policies, procedures, letters, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field OR seven years professional experience in related field required.
  • Minimum three years associated healthcare business experience, two years healthcare quality, and one year process improvement experience required.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and executive initiatives.
  • Experience mobilizing teams and maintaining motivation to accomplish goals under stringent timelines.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% required, must reside near major airport.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification and project management skills preferred.
  • Proficiency with applicable software Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Share Point.
