Located in the heart of Roland Park, Symphony Manor welcomes residents into our friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Days are filled with fun and engaging activities you’ll enjoy with new friends you meet within our community. Symphony Manor's assisted living and memory care associates are focused on providing the very best personalized care to ensure you are comfortable and at ease.

The Activities Assistant coordinates and leads resident activities for our assisted living, memory support, or independent living community under the Director of Lifestyle and Leisure’s direction.

 

**Full Time: 9:00am-5:00pm**

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead community programming, activities, events, and entertainment for resident enjoyment.
  • Promote programming initiatives within community to encourage participation.
  • Organize transportation for outings and medical appointments.
  • Determine appropriate resident activity levels and ensure safety.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Service, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years’ assisted living or memory care experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, personnel, community relations, and computer skills required.
  • Commercial Driving License (CDL) preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screens.
